I know they have eject spot where you can use a
paper clip but will not work. Help Please

I have a repair for computers, and an ISP. We come across many cases like yours and have always use a paper clip to open door.
#1 be sure there is power to the the cd or cdr/w
#2 with paper clip try to angle left or right, not straight in. Openning mechanism is towards one side.
#3 use finger nails or flat thin object to help persuade while poking from left to right.
#4. If this does not work, your unit is faulty and have to be replaced.
#5. But 99 out of a 100 if you have energy to the unit it can be persuaded to open, but it may take several attempts.
