I frequently receive and error that says: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. I lose the information that i am working on. I get this in other programs as well. Also my computer freezes up and this is becoming more frequent. What can I do to correct these problems? I am using Windows XP.
