It says to cut and paste the html code to your html editor. HOW DO I DO THAT!!
It is part of the process to get people to sign in on my guestbook.
Lost and confused,

"Cut and Paste." Like the old days of cutting out an image from a magazine and pasting into another page, this is the same idea.
Highlight the text that is supposed to be copied. Once it's higlighted, press Ctrl+C on the keyboard... hold the Ctrl key down while pressing the C key. This copies the highlighted text to the invisible clipboard. Next, open your HTML editor--FrontPage, Notepad, Dreamweaver, whatever--and click the cursor where your want the text to be placed.
After clicking, press Ctrl+V, and the text (code) will be pasted right where the cursor was located. Cut and Paste, Copy and Paste, it's the same idea.
So, as far as a guestbook goes, that code will create a "Click here to get your own guestbook" statement on your web site, and will be hyperlinked to the page where people can sign up for their own guestbook.
Hope this helps,
