I have some high resolution jpeg images, some about 1MB, which I'd like to put on my site. Is there a way to reduce the MB size without losing too much quality. I'm using Homestead - a wysiwyg builder and these images are chewing into my allocation. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks.

If you want to do it on your PC, or have .jpg files as well, you can download some free optimisers here:
I've used JPG Cleaner and GIF Optomizer, but there are others on that page you can try.

easythumbnail's will both resize and optimize images in individual or batch form.
