I'm building a website for a science project I have to do. I have put an image inside of a small table. I did that to three images. Now I want the images (and tables) to line up on the bottom of the page in the same row. Whenever I try to do that, the last one won't line up on the right hand side. It always goes to the next row. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
here's the url if you want to look:
thanks in advance!

I can understand how that can be frustrating... whenever you work with tables, something will always not align properly.
I fixed the code for you... you had some messed up lines of code for the three pictures...but the real culprit was in the second one.
However, things like HTML don't paste well here, so I have uploaded a copy of your page. Just click this link:
There is a copy of your index page. All you have to do is click VIEW/Source, then copy and paste that text over your old index.html page. Now, when you view it on my site, the images won't work because it isn't on your site, but when you add it there, they will show up. If you are not quite sure, just save the file as index2.html and verify it all looks ok before naming it index.html
Hope that helps,

okay i have another question. On one of the pages, i want the menu bar to align at the top of the page...but when the text in the white space is really long, the menu bar center's with the white space. i hope you understand what i'm talking about...do you know what to do?
thank you so much!

Glad I could help.
Once again, these little things can cause major headaches... and I am sure you have another one with this alignment problem.
note: replace '(' with less than, ')' with greater than
In your code, you have a line that says:
This line is located close to the top, it is the table cell where your left side navigation begins.
It should read:
(td width=23% valign=top)
Just replace the line with the one above and that will align it to the top instead of centering it with the text. The reason you didn't notice it at first is because the left side was longer than the right side, so there was never a need for the alignment issue.

Ohhhhh!!! Thanks! I kept trying to do valign=top in the table tag instead of the tag. Thanks a bunch and I promise I won't bug you anymore!!!
