My comp is 3 mos old I connect to the internet @ max 26400 [AOL MSN] I have called isp for help also comp manufacturer I have an old 366 hooked up on the same line in the same room it connects in 30sec the newone 50sec I had the manuf send me a new modem.. same thing.. I am going around in circles HELP!!!

The modem isnt supported by intel although it is made by intel There is no 3rd party manuf on the box the modem comes in only the INTEL name
