How can I obtain the 3rd part of the backup tutorial? There's no hyperlink for it at the end of part 2. Thanks!

The third part should be sent automatically by autoresponder - if you don't get it (maybe your ISP has got filters on email), I've got a copy I can send you - email me if you need it.

I don't know if this the appropriate place to post this question, but here it is:
Last month my bank statement listed a withdrawal
for $240.00 paid to a "webpay" the bank said there was a referrence to "ICG", whatever that is.
Anybody know what that may be, I never authorized any such payment.I don't expect I will ever get my money returned. But I'd like to know how to avoid these sort of things next time.
Is a 'firewall' the answer? I am really concerned that since they got away with it once, They'll be back!

OK, immediately, if not sooner, protest this charge with you bank, in writing, registered mail. Once you receive the reciept of delivery, contact them and let them know that you are sending the information that you have to your State Attorney General, and you would like to have their information to go with it.
Demand a credit to your account, but understand that this is a complicated thing, and they may not move immediately. Be nice.
Download and run Spybot from the link below, Have it fix everything in RED.
Then, download HJT from the link below, create, copy and paste a log and email it to me. I'll get to it as soon as as possible.
You've got a dialer! These are vicious!
