I have cable as my internet provider. When I send mail to several people, some of them always receive my mail in duplicate. I have done everything I know to do, including several calls to the cable support people and have changed my modem. I have used two computers as separate times, reformatted my XP and reloaded the software and all to have no change. Is it possibly something in Outlook Express that is causing this problem. I want to remain with the cable, but will have to change if this continues.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
