If you do a search in Google for free autoresponders, you'll get quite a few. I've used GetResponse http://www.getresponse.com/orderfree.html
and SendFree http://www.sendfree.com/
Once you've signed up for a service, you can upload the info you want in your autoresponder(s). Then when someone emails that address, the service will send out that info by email automatically. Some services send you a list of autoresponders that have been triggered daily, so you know if anyone is using them.
Check out the FAQ or help pages at each service to see details of exactly how each service works.

I see you don't have free autoresponders anymore. If I go to where you recommend, how do I use an autoresponder in the first place? I do not see a tutorial on it. Thanks.
