Click Start> Settings> Control Panel> Locate the icon for "Add Remove Programs" in the resulting dialogue box find "Ram Thingy", highlight it and select "Add/Remove" button. You will be told "This will remove program" click OK.
After you get this done, reinstall the program from your download location.

Gail here again...I just downloaded this Ram thingy & I got a message afterwards that zip file
is damaged or has been changed since it was created.
If you downloaded this file try downloading again.
when I did that...I got another message to say it had already been created!
What the heck does all that mean & how do I rectify it, in plain english (no techie talk please) very new at this!
