I am a grass-green Newbie! And i do have a number of operational details, for which i hope someone can provide specific advice.

1. I have Internet Explorer on my disk. A number of downloads recently require IE 4.0. How can I get IE 4.0 installed?

2. A broad requirement is that of e-mail file manaagement. My in-box (on @home network/Netscape) gets about 100 messages daily, from many sources.
Would like to:
a) Direct messages to storage files, on selective basis. And how to create these files.
b) Move messaages between thses files at will.
c) Organize e-mail address lists for later use.

I suspect there are programs for doing all these; simple, I hope. I would appreciate anyone's advice.
