I keep getting a message saying OE is not my default email ~ when I click on an email link in a website, etc. I then go to my email options and set it to be my default, and click 'apply'. But when I again get back online, I encounter the same problem.
How do I set OE to be my default email without needing to do it everytime I go online?

Try this, on Internet Explorer tool bar click on tools, next click on internet options.
Next click on the programs tab and check to see if OE is listed as your E-Mail if not,
click on the drop down arrow for E-mail and select Outlook Express, click OK
