I use the Newbie Club as my home page. Recently I have found that some sites change the home page address with out my knowledge.
Is there a way to lock the home page so that it can not be changed without permission.

IE has "features" (read that as "security holes") that allow sites to add bookmarks and change homepages without your approval. You can fix this by lowering your security settings in IE:
Tools, internet options, security tab. Just lower it down one.
Better yet - download netscape 6.1... a very solid browser, and no problems with that.
