I've have spent many hours with Gateway and AOL regarding this problem and no one has been able to help me with anything. I have Media Player and Real One and have made AOL my default player. I've tried everything I could on my own and with their "help". Nothing works and I'm at the end of my rope. Can anyone tell me, in English, what I can do. I think Gateway said once I needed to get a new CD-ROM does that make sense to anyone?
Please help me, someone. I have AOL 8.0
