When my computer hangs up I press Control Alt Delete(tap it because I read where it should not be held down) and the window does not come up so I have to shut down and restart. I tried Control Alt Delete when the computer was working OK and it comes up. Any ideas from anyone as to the cause of it not coming up when it is hung up? ThanksEd Hayduk

Sometimes you have to press the Control Alt Delete several times - if the system is really locked up tight, it can't read the keyboard. I usually try a few times before using the reset.
