This is related to the "Sir Cam" virus.

You can run a virus detection tool here:

http://www.symantec.com/cgi-bin/securitycheck.cgi

Click the link that says "scan for viruses" and follow the instructions.

After the scan, it will guide you as to what tools to use to remove the virus.
