How do you enable cookies on Windows XP Home Edition?

In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.

On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies.

Click OK.

Clicking the default is a safe bet but then the computer has control. You can click to edit it where then you have control. You can then add or block the cookies as you want.
