Greetings All:
Problem: when eleminating viruses etc from your computer , you are often asked to locate and delete things deemed to be parasites.
Example:
c:\program files\IST svc folder or
c:\windows system32\womservn.exe file or
C:\Documents and Settings etc. etc. files
I would not know how to begin to find these.
Can someone be of assistance? Keep it simple, please.

Hi, click start, then My Computer, C is the C drive, program files is a folder on the C drive. To find System 32, go to C drive click on the windows folder, open it, System 32 is a folder in there. Be very careful what you remove as this folder contains the programs that run in your computer. If you delete something your computer needs, that something won't work anymore.
