I have removed the 2004 Norton Internet Security from the remove/add selection. I am trying to add the 2005 NIS. The system will not install the 2005 version. I keep getting an error stating that the old version has not be uninstalled. I do not see it anywhere on the system now. I am running Windows XP. How do I get the old version uninstalled so that I can install the new version?
